James Bond Ability Revisions

Since Bond will now also have feats from the games, the following should be included in the profile:

- Limited Electricity Manipulation (can hack/shut down turrets and cameras via his phone*

- Limited Fire Manipulation (via the laser watch)**

- Sleep Inducement (via tranquliser darts)

• I'd have to double-check about cameras since it's unclear if he controls them or the whole operating system. One is obviously more impressive than the other. Either way it's Limited Electricity Manip

More revisions should come it's just the start of this project
