Izuku Midoriya's powers

I don't fully understand how Izuku's powers are set on this wiki. Is there a difference between Full Cowl 100% and 100% Detroit Smash on this wiki? Cause if there is, I can't see it.

Full Cowl 100% is Deku using One For All through his whole body, while 100% Detroit Smash is One For All charged only on his arm.

I realized that much I meant the tiering and stats ON THIS WIKI specifically, cause it seems to me that 100% Detroit Smash has it's own speed and durability...?

100% Detroit Smash is 8-B, Full Cowl 100% is in the same tier but stronger and faster, because 100% in the whole body is logically superior to 100% in only the arm.

100% Full Cowl being faster makes sense, since he is putting it into his legs as well and enhancing his mobility but I don't think it's actually stated that using Full Cowl increases his strength compared to putting it all into one arm.

100% Full Cowl means he moves faster and is as strong as 100% Detroit Smash

100% Detroit Smash puts all his power into one arm.

Therefore, via E=MC^2, Full Cowl would be stronger since you're not only as strong as the Detroit Smash, but you're also moving faster which generates more energy.

If you ran and punched something, you'd do more damage than from a standing-position punch.

If you kick a soccer ball, getting a small run in to gain speed before you kick is stronger than a stationary kick.
