Power Removal/Replacement/Changing:

Fear Manipulation should be switched to Social Influence due to having high bouts for Intimidation
Empathic Manipulation Resistance should be removed alongside Body Control due to lacking any good reasoning
Regen should specify it takes at least 8 hours
