Cell is forbidden from calling Jrs and from blowing himself or the planet up.

Z fighters take him on 1 vs 1, but can take as many tries as they are able without dying.

8 senzu beans.

Cell can get Zenkai boost as well as the saiyans. For the record, Yamcha, Tien and Krillin are not allowed to enter lol.

I might actually use that artwork for Cell's file. It's much better than the current one. Same for most FighterZ artworks.

Vegeta and Trunks are non factors here, no point in them even bothering to fight.

If Goku goes in first, he should be able to wear Cell down a good bit. Gohan should then be able to beat Cell considering he has 9 attempts thanks to the senzu.

Come to think of it, Vegeta and Trunks may not be so useless after all. If Gohan is somehow unable to beat Cell even after 9 attempts, he should have at least weakened him enough for Vegeta and Trunks to last a good while against him which would buy time for Gohan to recover enough strength for his 10th attempt.
