And why couldnt orihimes casuality manipulation reverse the effects of the almighty? but tsukishimas ability did? does this mean that tsukishima can also rewrite the past and see infinite pasts?

and then orihime is able to reverse the cause and effect and heal ichigos zanpaktou!

What would you call this ability of tsukishima? because in the anime its represented as "memory and mind manipulation" thorugh manipulating the past! but in the tybw arc its represented more like the opposite of the almighty.

After mulling this over a bit I think there're 2 possible explanations

1. It's just a plot hole/bullshit

OR

2. It's due to how the two ability work. For orihime here it's stated that her powers deny and reject events that have occurred, so it's a form of subjective reality (the negation type to be specific). Tsukushima on the other hand from what's on his profile alters the past by manipulating past memories, for objects it's stated that he could alter them to have traps and here puts out fire and (is supposedly) negating someone's ability, so his ability is information manipulation. So in conclusion The Almighty countered orihime's subjective reality which is causality manipulation but couldn't counter Tsukushima's information manipulation which is not causality manipulation.

I Believe The Almighty's weakness is simply information manipulation (in particular situations). This is made even more solid by the fact that Aizen's kyouka suigetsu (mind manipulation) didn't get negated after The Almighty was activated...I think... probably...

So because of the information analysis, Tsukishima was able to negate the effects of the almighty?
but you see Tsukishima says: „as long as there’s a past where it didn’t occur“ it can be restored doesn’t this mean that Tsukishima has an alternate version of the almighty where he manipulates the past: the same way the almighty does? :/

He says if there's a past where that didn't happen and says that's what he's inserted...

His ability's name is "Insert presence" and it was explained as manipulating memories and it could alter the state of objects by changing the past to place traps. It's all still information manipulation. Information manipulation type 2 can rewrite reality, causality etc as a side effect and The Almighty can't counter it at least not directly like with orihime. That's the only logical explanation I can think of. Otherwise this would just be a plot hole if he has direct causality manipulation like orihime or mean tsukushima to negate The Almighty is superior or at least equal to yhwach somehow if it's like his fate manipulation...

The Almighty can see all futures and choose whichever one it wants. Tsukushima is rewriting the state of an object by manipulating it's information such that it's in a state where it seems that the past was different rather than actually changing the past itself
