Is this enough to 6-A, 5-B at full potential?

At least 6-A, at most 5-B. But it depends on the size of the continent and the planet but that's baseline I guess.

How big is the continent? The dialogue makes it sound like it could be a supercontinent (if destroying it would be no different from destroying the planet from the perspective of humans) which would be high 6-A. If that isn’t the case, blowing up a continent can be as low as high 6-B+ (specifically, blowing up Australia)
Also, that doesn’t really sound like it should be an “at least” rating, since that’s specified to be the most it might do if it gathered as much energy as it could. The wording makes it sound like that was the highest achieved between multiple simulations.

Oh, I found a calc of it that resulted in High 6-A about the same feat
