That is wrong because they are assuming that kaguya's dimensions are universe sized with no actual evidence, at most you can say that it's a large star realm because it has a star in one of the dimensions.

... I don't think so... For example If there is a devil fruit that's called create create fruit and that person can create anything inside of his dimension and bring it out into reality but he fights by creating bombs and or uses robot machines that he created, shouldn't scale to anything but an ability or a creation feat (or the thing he creates have their own stats, that works).

That's not the point. For example kaguya can create a star sized dimension with chakra, but she also uses chakra to fight, then she scales to that.
So if I created a character that's a human and has average human strength but can create a planet. I feel like that shouldn't scale at all.

(for example having infinite chakra doesn't mean you have infinite speed or you can create anything since you don't/can't output that much... It would probably give infinite stamina tho) If they use chakra to create things that shouldn't mean they scale to it....

They do, but they also use Magic to empower their physical stats, not all characters are like Merlim who have few physical stats but buffed Magic, most of the characters just empower theirself with magic

So characters in any verse that have an in universe Power System means that their Creation Feats automatically scale to Physicals if they can use the Power System to empower themselves?
Dragon Ball is a example to this except Shenron and others dragons, and we also have a lot of others creation feats that also applies stuff to their physicals due it being part of their own powers in others verses
