Is Medaka the strongest anime character of all time?

So not many of u know medaka from Medaka Box, it's not the most well known show around, but Medaka, is the absolutely strongest anime character i know, and probably the strongest in all of anime (correct me if im wrong) excluding omnipotent characters ofc, cus u can't rly compare characters to omnipotent characters (though that's arguable in Medaka's case) here are some of the reasons why:

1. Her own ability (to learn and be able to use an ability at 120% it's original capability if she sees an ability, if it's used on her or if she hears about that ability) is so broken it's not even funny.

2. Dem other shit she's got going for her, im talking about the fact that she has Erasure Immunity.

3. Take the EI and add 120% power All Fiction and u got urself COMPLETE IMMORTALITY

4. I just mentioned All Fiction right....YEAH... it can erase everything from existence without any limitations what so ever. And it can also bring them back at will

5. Immunity to any other kind of manipulation ability (some guy tried to rob her powers but it didn't work, he fell into darkness and started begging)

6. Weightned Words (the ability to make ppl obey, think of a Geass kinda)

7. 5 forks or whatever they are called, get hit by those and it's gg (instant disease or heart attack or basically whatever she wants)

8. Book Maker, she can seal anyone's strength, intelligence, talents, abilities, and do a bunch of other stuff but also it makes her immune to sealing abilities.

AND THE LIST GOES ON! I mean is there rly any way to beat this gal?

Long answer: Medaka is pretty haxed in her own right but even if she was the strongest 3-D anime character she would lose to any 4-D or above. Also approximately everything you listed is a NLF

Ugh let's not compare by tier list shall we? I mean "Kumagawa" is said to be unknown with all fiction, but medaka which has a stronger version of everything Kumagawa has and even more has a tier?

First, BB's Authority completely negates all but one of Medaka's abilities, and removes any resistances Medaka's may have to BB's abilities.

Second, her omnipresence through space-time means she can basically see everything Medaka is going to do before Medaka does it, or have her past and future selves time travel to the present to continue fighting for her in the unlikely event Medaka kills her.

Third, she can:

- alter the timeline to prevent Medaka from ever having been born.

- break Medaka down into data and absorb her

- Destroy her soul

- Break her mind

- Trap her in bug space / imaginary space

- Wipe her concept from reality

- Just hit her, seeing as she holds the AP advantage.

And probably some other things I don't remember.

By authors intention, possibly, the whole point of the second half of the series was that if you're the main character you win no matter what, since even omnipotence itself is actually fiction and is limited by plot like everything else.

By this wiki's standards, nope, not even close. I'd love to have a "meta tier" for characters that win because the plot says so (like Medaka, Saitama, Toon Force users and others) but that's not gonna happen, and basing only of what she has actually shown there are a lot of anime characters that can defeat her.
