Take into that some times dreams are another plane of existence, making oniric being more akin to aliens.
Literal dreams are NE (the difference between this and AE is merely subjective). Manifesting dream elements in the real is Subjective Reality. People do not gain any power by interacting with an oniric being while in a dream, nor if they does it with a manifested one.

What if you can take the thoughts of humans around you and can create non physical literal objects that are dreams made of those thoughts

Some oneiric beings can take advantage of their condition up to eleven and use Subjective Reality (kind of like, not kind of real, so they can bend physical rules, or make themself immortal); but is not a general rule.
