BFR and Sealing aren't in character for Eugene and Iron Man can deal with most of Eugene's projectiles with his forcefields. So no, not a haxstomp.Newendigo said:

Pocket Reality manipulation with RW, Matter manipulation and Trasmutation on a sub-atomic scale, Intangibility, Duplication, Summoning, Dura Negation, Attack Reflection, probably far better Tech manipulation, and of coure BFR and Sealing.

Transmutation, BFR, and Sealing aren't in character.
Intangibility doesn't last long.
His tech manipulation isnt better than Iron Man's.
Delsin has far more hac then Eugene.
