Boros's superior Regenerationn and AP should give him the edge over Tony.

Don't seeing Boros winning.
His AP advantage is irrelevant as IM can just simply gain power boosts by absorbing his energy attacks.
His regen, stamina and power would get weaker by using his energy, while IM would just stand away while stealing all his power.
Boros eventually will be too overtaxed and exhausted after using all of his juice, and that's where IM finish him.
IM 8/10 Diff.
