and then Iron Man just one-shots every time and the cycle repeats. I'm pretty sure you can't restrict an ability simply because it nerfs them to a lower tier upon usage.

Is this immortality based off him literally respawning after dying? If so then it pretty much sucks because he could appear in a far away random location, and by the point he returns to the original battle ground (if he ever) Tony would have already left place.

If Stark is still somehow there he will just one-shot Steve and screw him over again, just as it was said.

Anyway, I don't think Steve has much chances with the equipment he was given, maybe if he had more enchantments and potions to reduce the odds of him entering a one-shot cycle.
