Immeasurable Speed Question

The character is inconsistent throughout space and time, and those who are close to it feel as if they are "going on a journey through time!". So, would this qualify as Immeasurable Speed?


Another instance, characters were building a spaceship which was able to rip and travel through space and time through speed, given it's a hypersonic propulsion system. Is this Immeasurable speed?

I don't think that's enough. Both are very vague.

The only thing that may get you immeasurable is the last scan, but powering something that gives you the ability to time travel is different from Immeasurable.
