No, it just means that The Fool has a higher lifting stat than Silver Chariot. Wrestling is all about lifting and slow activation of muscles, not striking or attack potency.
The Fool should really have unknown durability because of its unconventional material. If not, then yes it should scale with Petshop.

I don't remember them being hurt, only scuffed up, probably from the sand. Again, since we didn't really see the fight and only got a single vague panel of Iggy in a cage, I am inclined to say that it should not be considered.
