All characters get an character. They all get all of their abilities. The only exceptions are omniscience and nigh omniscience for obvious reasons. How do you think this would turn out, and how do you think your favorite character would turn out?

SCP-682 is the unbeatable boss at the end of the story campaign that is stupidly hard for stupid reasons, like Galactus in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

I mean in truth, whenever fighting game are made, canon power differences usually aren't reflected in the gameplay. E.g. in Marvel vs Capcom games, you can play Chun-Li against Thanos and win if you're the better player.

So really, the biggest herdal would be simply putting all those characters in the game and making it polished.

Are you suggesting a mere mortal like beerus could match up to LORD YAMCHA?

I mean, you can balence it if you want, but I'm imagining it like, no buffs/nerfs unless they get upgrades.

Chuck Norris: *stands*

Opponent: *Runs tirelessly towards the edge of the screen forever*

As soon as the first character is picked, the game blacks out characters not in the same tier.
