If someone got sent to a 1-A realm and they ran out of it to another world or dimension, would that require irrelevant speed?

If someone got sent to a pocket realm and lets say this pocket realm was outside of dimensionality and/or just 1-A and a character simply just ran out, would that be irrelevant speed?
 
Depending how how that works it could be 1-A range but that requires more context, but overall it wouldnt give Irrelevant speed afaik.
