Bazz-B’s profile has him at High 6-A, and since Pernida is supposedly stronger than Bazz-B, shouldn’t that make him High 6-A too?

Additionally, you need to tag the relevant Bleach tags when you make a CRT, let's not half-ass things.

But basically, anyone who is lieutenant level or captain level have a seal to lower their power to 20% in order to not affect the wolrd of the living dimension

But when they are in places like SS or hueco mundo they can use 100% of their power
