I'd also recommend gathering more evidence for Pernida scaling above Bazz-B beyond "why aren't they High 6-A if Bazz is", without evidence of a scaling chain, such a mindset amounts to nothing more than an argument from incredulity.

Don't we already accept Pernida as being above Bazz due to being a Schutzstaffel?

Continent level (Adapted and evolved to Kenpachi's level during its fight with Mayuri, and as one of the Schutzstaffel, it should be superior to Bazz-B).
