Kantan Dream Capabilities and General stuff

First of all, Hiiragi Seijuurou, just like all Senshinkan characters, uses Kantan Dream as a form of attacks. This include various abilities that all depends on the level of the user (Normal humans range from level 1 to 10 in terms of mastery).

Seijuurou is bluntly stated to be expert in all of forms Kantan abilities. He's mastery over them is all maxed out.

  • Kantan Dream: In the Dream World, method of fighting is through the use of "dreams" which requires both mental and spiritual strength. As these forms of attacks are purely fictional, they directly affect the physical, mental and even spiritual plane of their targets. There exists 6 types of dreams (The sixth being something only a Rosei has), each with two categories:
  • Attack Dream: Used to boost the speed and attacks of the users. Really basic and simple really
  • Defense Dream: Can be used to enhance the durability of its user and the other for regen. Here we can use the scaling of other characters like Keira Georgievna Gurdjieva. She's an expert at this dream category. Actually so expert that even after being repeatedly hit by Nakiri Kuubouattacks (atomizes which has spatial, soul, and mind hax attacks) she still was conscious and could keep regenerating despite Nakiri still keeping attacking her while in the process of Regenerationn. Add in Hiiragi Seijuurou willpower that is on the 2-B scale, and he can easily regenerate while being attacked by Nocturne.
  • Magic Dream: Various applications includes future reading (but Hiiragi never bothered using it so RIP), creating blasts in any point of space to create space rupturing explosions. Doesn't really use it a lot expect for surprise attackss. And oh yeah, he can also use it to expand his range, like Dan Karuma who can expand his world size to universal. But again, he doesn't bother with it a lot, he will definitely use it in case Nocturne tries to play the range game (Albeit Harirankyu also lol nopes that)
  • Cancel Dream: By using this, Seijuurou can make attacks from even fellow non-corporeal beings bypass him same like how Harumitsu Oosugi did it. It can also be used to erase anything from existence and with potency varying through levels. Harumitsu (who's maxed at 10) can contract the universe, reduce distance, soul erasure, erase beings who can resist erasure and other stuff like that, and Hiiragi Seijuurou is on the same level. Actually in hand to hand combat, Hiiragi Seijuurou also infuses his punches with the Cancel Dream, effectively erasing whatever he punches. He can also use this in conjunction with instant combat teleportation to surprise Nocturne
  • World Creation: Creating materials like guns, nukes, complex weaponry and ect. Can also be used to manipulate the environment, weather, change its structure, create world with is own laws, time manipulation. But again, he barely use this.
So yeah, all in all, even without using his Harirankyu, he's still dangerous enough without it

Harirankyu
Main Ability of Hiiragi Seijuurou and one which he loves to abuse if possible.

Just like all Kyuudans it's based on achieving requirements, these are:

  • To feel envy towards someone (constantly activated due to Hiiragi Seijuurou feelings and envy towards the world itself)
  • His opponent must harbor negative feelings towards him
Once the conditions are activated, you're done. The ability is automatically activated once the conditions are activated, with or without Seijuurou consent. Dark Equivalent of Exchange happens. Taking his targets "shine" for himself, robbing it from them and replacing it with one of his diseases. This diseases contains his will, hatred, malice and envy and causes a mental shock to anyone, instantly killing those who can't withstand it and his body constantly produce new diseases that are just beyond reality at this point

He can also rob someone of their memories or feeling like he did when stole Hiiragi Yoshiya (his son) identity, leaving the boy confused and not knowing what was happening. He can also absorb your soul and even better concepts that constitues your existence. He can also even absorb your abilities. All this happens really really fast.

It's also omnidirectional. Escape is just impossible.

Now the second condition is where things gets crazy. This is in fact related to his own view point of what is "negative". For him, just loving him, feeling pity for him, trying to help him, looking at him and such are also considered negative to him and will activate his ability. In fact:

Masada outright states that everyone in L.D.O will get affected by this ability sans Reinhard, including the likes of a mindless zombies, a beast who thinks of nothing but Destruction.

This ability can also not be even tricked by masking one's emotions or sealing them As Jingishou Assassins whom follows Dan Karuma (just see his profile]] still got absorbed by him. Best thing, is how one of the Jingishou's, Deigan, was erasing his presence by becoming one with the environment, becoming practically "nonexistent". Still gets absorbed. Same Deigan who can also bypass other non-corporeal attacks and slip through barriers.

(all of this is from ALRF in the Hiiragi vs base nocturne thread, so it ain't mine and i've posted it so people can understand what Hiiragi can even do)
 
the disease IIRC was stated to ignore even time axis (can get you in past of future doesn't matter so...but this is a iirc info i got)

Apparently, Reverse Cross does indeed ignore time axis as shown in Bansenjin

But i am unsure if it's just his Tatari form only or goes to his human form as i didn't get to see much of it nor did i pay attention to narration

Also to add, you can't regenerate from the diseases. Like even low godly regen won't do anything. You'd need Mid-Godly on a conceptual level (Akira Kyuudan) to heal
 
That reminds me of the guy who could make your regen work against you (may have been this guy)

Hiiragi has no resistance to power null so him stealing the power gets nulled as Noc can null stuff like that

Also how good is his resistance to mind manip?

Hiiragi's stealing ignores the time axis and is passive, so the instant EN tries that he loses that power
 
He doesnt have to try to null, Noc's null is passive, and Noc is beyond the axis of time as well

Also how good is Hiiragi's resistance to mind manip?

Okay because Noc's mind manip is based on the concept of all nightmares ever, past present and future, which would be beyond that description

thats humanity across all time and space iirc, so it should cancel out

either way, Noc tries to null, it doesn't work and he has all of his powers and immortality stolen
