Good match, but I'm pretty sure All for One doesnt have a counter for De Voe's probability manipulation. His luck hax makes him almost unbeatable unless you have a way to get around it. This, I say De Voi essentially waits for All for One to disable himself by accident then take his body and powers
 
It looks All For One's profile will be revised soon, although it doesn't seem like it will affect this match up, it is probably best to wait.
 
So DeVoe wins unanimously? though I will still prefer to wait before adding the results.
