Starting distance 30ft and out of sight

alright let's see:

only scaling to athletic levels, jack noir can one shot him

issue is getting close to him, as hunter's equipment are also jack noir's tier, but they also seem to be able to one shot others that level, though being bullets they'd also need to hit his head or organs for that, and jack noir also upscales from 9-A since he can easily kill sburb monsters that level

but with the advantage of being far away and out of sight, the residence they are in, and jack noir's experiencing with fighting armed foes, he should be able to avoid being spotted and shot at, since hunter's radar requires prep and binoculous seems to require line of sight

he might get the drop on Hunter, and if he is shot at somewhere not lethal, he can power through the pain too and bleed out for a while

so i'll lean to Jack Noir

With upscaling from 35 megajoules I’m just curious Jack wins alright but I’m curious how many bullets he can tank since you said baseline, before he dies

I feel as if that depends on a lot of factors, like vital areas and all that.

But you still believe despite the semi-automatic rifle the hunter has, Jack will still win with high difficulty most of the time?

hard to say, if he is comparable to other jack noir like spades slick (pre cyborg), it took 2 panels of being gunned down by a minigun for him to go down

a bullet to the head should be enough though

he upscales from 5 kg, while hunter's weapon upscales from 8.5 kg from what i saw
