How strong is god tiers in dragonball xenoverse 2?

As strong as the plot needs Goku to be for the final boss

RoF Goku was comparable to Final Form Mira, RoF Vegeta should be comparable to RoF Goku, and Beerus is much stronger than both of them.
Current Goku and Vegeta could (canonically) stomp their RoF counterparts meaning Current Goku and Vegeta (Xenoverse) should be able to do the same to RoF Goku and Vegeta (Xenoverse), XV Vegito Blue, XV Immortal Soul Zamasu, XV Beerus, XV Whis, XV Champa, and XV Vados should be pretty insane in power (Let's not even get started on XV Zeno) and everyone that compares to the rest as well
But Low 2-C would be their tier until proven otherwise
