"She has been alive for 1 googleplex years, from the from 2002 in her universe to 2021 in the second universe. She has met and learned from multiple alien civilizations and remembers everything from the previous universe. She has made multiple technological things that sound impossible like reversing atoms movements to "reverse time" and a suit of armor that can absorb matter and turn matter into different things and alter it's shape to anything she wants, as well as warping space time to move ftl. She even can accurately predict what will happen in the future with intelligents"

We do in fact, have a guideline system for this. Although, keep in mind, said page itself does emphasize it is a guideline.
I think there are 2 rankings most worth considering here:

Extraordinary Genius: Individuals whose knowledge spreads over many fields of science and who vastly surpass the intellects of the smartest humans on Earth. At this level, many are capable of creating futuristic technology, executing complex strategies even under high pressure, and potentially even accurately predicting the future through sheer mental calculations, or outperforming supercomputers. This is where super scientists of exceptional scientific knowledge begin to appear.

Supergenius: The highest level of non-omniscient intellect, possessed by those individuals with unfathomably superhuman intelligence and usually extensive mastery of most, or all, branches of science. Characters of such a scale tend to be super scientists capable of creating impossibly advanced physics-defying and reality-warping fantasy technology even with just household items, and outsmarting even other extremely intelligent individuals. Supergeniuses can often easily process calculations beyond modern humanity's combined capabilities on their own, and quickly come up with extremely complex plans.

Take note that for a Supergenius rating to be given based on technological prowess, the character in question should be able to essentially warp reality as they wish on a massive scale with their inventions, or even use them to overpower tier 1 entities for higher cases. Simply defying the laws of physics with futuristic technology is very common for Extraordinary Geniuses as well.

"remembers everything from the previous universe" doesn't make clear if it's she remembers all her own experience of those years, all events, all events in a limited set of locations, etc. & though her inventions do sound crazy, I doubt she's higher than Supergenius, since Nigh-Omniscient requires "knowledge of nearly everything, with only minuscule gaps existing in their knowledge.".

Still, she definitely seems eligible for Extraordinary Genius, if not Supergenius rating.

That's only Extraordinary Genius.

Nothing Spinoirr said sounds like super genius worthy stuff.

Super Genius requires you to have literal reality-bending feats of intelligence. Things that don't just seem impossible, but literally are impossible and outside the laws of physics entirely. Not only this, but they have to be able to do things like this easily.

Finding a way to reverse time (Which isn't even time reversal from the way they explained it), creating nifty suits, or making ways of moving at FTL are good extraordinary feats, but still not supergenius.

This is why people like Rick Sanchez, Batman, or Iron Man aren't even qualified as Supergenius.

Ah. Thanks for the clarification!
