Most people say he adapts to anything you throw at it

There hasn't really been a demonstrated limit to it, and all his feats of adaptation are so varied it's hard to say exactly where it would stop.

This is telling me a lot because 682 usually adapts to higher tiers then him

Also i heard that 682 scales near the scarlet king and is up there with mekane

682 as a leviathan is above Mekhane and the other Low Elder Gods, below the Koitern and 001-Clef, and on-par with Ab-Leshal, Qayin, Set, Adam, and SCP-017.
