His fight being difficult is mostly game mechanic/durability neg and being fast. He isn't so difficult too.

A glass cannon is where someone's attack is far above their defense. His AP is the same as his durability here; they're both 1.

That being said, he's able to contend with 3-D characters regardless of tier due to his dura negation, so he's a glass cannon in that sense

To answer your question, in terms of hax, he has one potent form of dura negation and two decent haxes in teleportation and blue mode. Not nearly enough to call him OP by the wiki's standards, but he's definitely powerful for his tier.
