How much energy would be required to turn a human into a bloody mist?

Reading a novel right now for a potential profile and said character "caught his opponent in a maelstrom of slashes so fierce he turned into a fine bloody mist"

Wait, did it say malestrom? Then it'd be different from vaporizing (Which is 9-A).

I'd reckon it'd be something similar to this (Basically it'd be akin to a high-speed cyclone completely flaying a human body to mere wind).

Yeah basically the character attacked so fast, it's akin to a cyclone or storm of slashes, like a super fast blender that turned the character into nothing but a fine mist, I assume like vapor because it states there was nothing left after.

Then refer to Bambu's calc of hurling an entire human's flesh to bits at speeds of well over 7454 m/s.
