How much energy would be exerted by a continental storm that never disperses, simply circling a world infinitely in the same direction.

I am trying to update some of the Cosmere, pages by adding more ambiguous characters such as the StormFather, who is the living environment of something known as the Highstorm a spiraling tempest of Stormlgiht, magic energy resembling lighting that is wide enough to cover the entire portions of continents, the storm is never-ending and simply circles back from where it came. The Stormfather is literally the storm and can summon it at will if need be. How much energy would be exerted by such a storm?

I don't know about how much energy it has, but you might be able to get an enviromental destruction number using the map of Roshar by. as it doesn't effect all countries you if can figure out the point at which it stops becoming dangerous you can figure out how much land area it can "destroy"

although even with this I'm not sure we've got enough info on the stormfather to put a page together on him, for example his relationship with the highstorm seems to be more complicated than him "summoning it at will" as in the climax of WoR it specificaly say's he's hurrying it along rather than him just being able to summon it, and he's not able to call on it's power (he couldn't infuse a dun sphere when the storm wasn't by him) at will. we're also unclear on exactly what he's able to do outside of the storm or his bond with dalinar or how much control he has over other spren or even how exactly you'd harm or kill a spren. so in the same way we couldn't make a page of the nightwatcher or hoid I don't think we can make a page on the stormfather with the info we've got

Agreed, Rythm of war spoilers but Dalinar consciously controls the wind within the storm, to save some people.
