How much energy is required to reduce a planet to ash?

I am doing some Cosmere pages, and a shard Odium claims that he can reduce a planet to ash. How much energy would this require?

If it's just the surface of the Earth, the calculation is High 6-A. But burning the entire planet all the way down to the core to ashes would be around Low 5-B. I forgot the exact number measurements however.

That's for vaporizing the Earth, until there's not a single grain of solid or drop of liquid and Earth is 100% gas. But ashes are still solid technically. I do recall an old calc on Naruto forums however.
