Ok so I wanted to know if this feat could be calculated or not.
Here is the demons bio
Kudara: A giant centipede that seeks Magic Power, twisting it's way through the skies. It's mighty movements cause whirlwinds and lightning.
Here is the video showing the whirlwind.
https://youtu.be/NWgV_AcL8TE (1:12), As you can see the centipede is moving through the sky which is creating that giant torrnado surrounding the floating platform and you can see the lightning coming off it's body and even hear the sound of thunder.
How fast is this Kudara moving to do this and what would it's AP be. Or is this feat uncalcable?.
Edit: Nevermind. Had a discussio about the feat and do to Kinetic Energy feats page and a few other facters the feat can't bee used to find speed.
