How do i finishing make my own sandbox?

Since my plan has been done to make stats and add images on the page, then i add more categories on the page. Now i has been done to make a sandbox page about me, but i didn't know anyone finishing make sandbox pages to publish on JBW, i think i can rename the samdbox page that will be finishing to publish but it does not work for me. I just need to find a way to finishing the sandbox page of me.

Go to source mode than copy and paste everything to a new page

Go to edit hit ctrl + a than copy the info than click new page and choose paste and click publish
