it didn’t say so though. Also yuki only has that in his second key. Hazama only has base yuki’s powers. So he doesn’t have low 1-C stuff

Profiles don't really need to say that. The verse is very clearly low 1-C so don't be suprised if the character has low 1-C hax. Anos has 4D hax but that isn't written on profile.
