High-End Buff?

Pretty straightforward:

Recently, Endeavor's been boosted to 8-A. Should High-End also be boosted to 8-A for heavily injuring Endeavor?

Nah. Endeavor 8-A is because of his fire which vaporized High-End.

That was specifically for Prominence Burn, which was rated as above his normally 8-A rating

No, I don't see any need to upgrade High-End.

No, Endeavor doesn't have 8-A dura. His flames are 8-A for clashing with Dabi. Hood was getting destroyed by Endeavor's flames, he only survived because of Super Regen. Even Jet Burn (which is the attack that matched Dabi's flame) goes straight through Hood's body. Without super regen Endeavor would've one shotted Hood with that Jet Burn.
