Yusuke can hit hard enough, and outskill (I believe).

Durability: Because AP equals Dura (99.98% of the time) Agumon is 2.56x more durable.

Has Yusuke ever beaten some one who was almost 3x Stronger than him?

I would argue that he doesn't outskill as Agumon still has the experience and skill from combat he has from his fights as WarGreymon so I believe that he is equally if not more skilled and experienced than Yusuke at this point.

Yusuke could tire it out with superior stamina, and if Yusuke uses Astral projection or Possession, Agumon can't do much. Not to mention, he fought Suzaku while half dead. Also, 2.56x isn't much.
