THE WALKIING NUCLEAR REACTOR VS FIRE QUEEN

This fight can be described in many ways....David vs Goliath, Big vs Small but in actuality..
These two monsters are of Group B !!! Both with 6 Points but tonight...... someone has to take a backseat who will make it to 9 points will it be The living radiation, The monstrosity known as NRG ? or The human Elementalist aka the Former Fire Queen ? Are these two about to get their first tough match let's find out.

Results:
NRG (Ben 10): 8 (Lemon, Speedster, Fluffy, Imaginym, FantaRin, RandomGuy, OneBleach, Glace)
Rubia Elstein (Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance):
Inconclusive: 2 (Popted2, Golden scorpion)
Match turned out to be incon therefore votes reversed to Incon.

Rubia Experience Argument taken from her (previous match):
Experience-wise, Rubia curb-stomped the tournament she was in the entire way, which included nearly all the Blade Dance characters that currently have profiles. She's the youngest person to ever reach the rank of "Elemental Queen" at 14, a title given to those who are only second to the in-universe equivalent of gods, and is considered to be a combat genius; she kept getting more skilled and face off enemies for the years after that, until she reached her position.
Most of her skills are top-tier and second to none, and she was able to formulate a 5-year-long plan which pretty much succeeded despite some unforeseen obstacles, proving her ability to improvise and get back on track. She lead a team composed of top-tier assassins, a master spellcaster, a reanimated personification of the Demon King's will, and one of the spirits of said Demon King, all of whom she's stronger than. She also surpasses the protagonist, who was stronger than both the aforementioned top-tier assassins and was considered the strongest Blade Dancer for a time. Later on, Rubia took control of an entire revolutionary force of people she'd never met and straight-up launched a war, for which she was prepared and knew what was coming for her in opposition.

tl;dr Her experience is equally top-tier in combat, book-smart, leader, shrine maiden, and strategist. Obvisouly, some of these are less useful than others within this match, but it's to showcase this girl is no joke.

That's good skill, Definately skills of a leader at least...on Earth.

Well, Rubia's Air Manip, Fire Manip and Swordsmanship will all fail and I will tell you why....
Apparently she does this taken from her (previous match).

She primarily uses swordsmanship + anything fire-related (fireballs, walls, hounds, etc) with large AoE, with the intent to overwhelm her opponent, with barriers here and there if needed. Depending on the situation, who her opponent is, and if they resist her well, she'll go into stronger attacks (vermillion, frost blaze, Muspelheim) and/or stat amp. Her haxxier abilities require a good opening to be used properly, and are harder to land otherwise.

So before Goldenscorpion shows up and has to do tons of Research to make things easier to read I will simply go ALL OUT ! FEATS, SKILLS, SCAN "pretty much" all I'm gonna post here this contains all the scans so there should be good read.
(All scan links works 100 & with audio.)

NRG Powers & Physiology:

NRG is a very powerful alien used by Ben he’s a Radiation alien. He is made up of Living Radiation and hence why he cannot be harmed by energy/Fire/Heat based attacks as he would simply absorb and shoot them back or use them to give himself a nice boost (Scan). Following are his Powers he most commonly uses in battles.

  • Impenetrable / Indestructible Armor: Due to being made up of living radiation he is always kept in his special suit or else he would radiate humans to death (Scan) (Also he has Intangibility outside the suit).

  • NOTE: This suit is Impenetrable as no one was able to cut/Pierce through it (Scan).
    Only once in the entire show the armor was cut open and that was done using a piece of Taydenite (The hardest known metal found in the galaxy and only metal that was ever shown to pierce through the armor as everything on Earth failed to do so.)

  • True Form/Without Armor: Without Armor NRG is now free to fly through the sky/space and feed on any living source for power as his powers are now enhanced (Scan). NRG was able to absorb an entire Nuclear power plant and casually eat Uranium rods as to him it’s simply “food” the more he absorb he bigger and powerful he gets (Scan)

  • Radiation/Nuclear Manipulation: NRG can radiate enemies to death by his passive radiation aura or simply melting them to death (Scan). He can shoot Radiation Beams from any part of his armor as well (Scan). If enemies try to grab NRG he will activate his radiation armor aura (Scan) which he shoots those at (FTL Attack Speed)

  • Magma/Lava Eruption: Due to being a hulking nuclear reactor NRG can cause Magma eruptions from underground beneath the enemy and generate massive Lavas on Earth (Scan).

  • Heat Manipulation (Scan), (Scan) and (Scan): Can generate intense heat to harm enemies with a wave of his hand or to blind them or to stuck them in one position with molten.
Fighting Style/Technique:

(Ranged Attacker)

Due to have complete control on magma radiation NRG will start the fight in his Impenetrable armor of course (Which he can exit anytime he wishes), He will use Radiation blasts from tens of meters (Scan) or try to radiate enemies to death by generating his passive radiation aura not allowing enemies to get close to him.
He can use Intense Light Manipulation (Scan) to blind enemies momentarily and then launch radiation beam/blast, He simply absorb enemies energy attacks and can also shoot multiple danmaku blasts from all directions at the enemies (Scan),
He would also use intense Heat Manipulation (Scan) from a distance to targeting enemies.

If enemies are fast enough to dodge these FTL attacks or somehow NRG can’t kill him he will exist his Armor and fly several Km into the sky and shoot fire/Radiation blasts from all directions and simply get bigger and using Size manipulation overwhelm enemies if his regular heat, radiation and fire attacks are not enough.

So………… in order to defeat NRG enemies would have to first somehow someway destroy his Impenetrable armor and then deal with his True form which is a headache itself cause his presence alone would radiate everyone to death).

  • Impenetrable Armor:

  • Eats Nuclear powerplants for food casually:


  • Danmaku Radiation blast spam



How Will This Fight Go ?:
  • Rubia's Fire balls gets absorbed by NRG casually or hits the armor with NO effect, His Impenetrable armor is Fire, ICE, Radiation, Energy proof
  • Her sword can NOT pierce through the armor (Unless her sword is like the hardest and sharpest thing in the entire Solar System well then YES you could make an argument, Since Taydenite can only pierce through it)
  • Magic Blasts: Another meal for NRG to eat nothing much in fact MAGIC users tried to capture him in a magic ball but with no success as he casually bust through (Scan)
  • If NRG is outside the armor Sword would simply not hurt him cause he can become intangible (Scan)
  • NRG will absorb all these fire and magic blast to give himself a nice boost but......Considering the fact the Rubia is a human she will die from Radiation aura alone before even giving her a chance.
Since we know Rubias feats now it's time for NRG feats.

Feats:

  • NRG was able to eat a device that covered the Earth with was going to destroy the planet overtime yet he was able to casually eat it. (Scan) (Overtime Tier 5 feat)

  • Ice and water aliens has been used against him and has no effects as he was able to manhandle them (Scan) and (Scan)

  • He can not be possessed or mind manipulated thanks being inside his armor and intangibility (Scan).
    NRG can absorb any energy, electricity and neuroshock blasts.

  • NRG is immune to radiation and extremely hot environments (His Armor is specially designed to deal with extreme environments) as Aggregor who uses his powers was able to easily live and walk on planet Mikd'lty
    (The Half Hot and Half cold planet with The day side of Mikd'lty is molten hot at 3,600°F (about 1,982°C) and the night side is -320°F (about -196°C).

  • Apparently due to his Physiology (He cannot be poisoned as well) This statement comes from Art Director of the show, So take this info with a grain of salt.

  • Ben with Omnitrix can also change the DNA of people throughout the entire galaxy mixing them with random species or altering it (Scan) (DNA Manipulation on Multi-Galaxy Range.) This require a ridiculous amount of charge and would be a final move if everthing else fails since it exhaunts Ben.
Resistances:

NRG is has Omnitrix device designed by Azmuth who is smartest being in 5 galaxies, This device allows him to transform into any aliens however NRG is the only alien allowed for this tourney so he can not switch between aliens however here are

Omnitrix defenses:

  • Self-Defense Energy blast: In case anyone tries to rip off the device (Scan)

  • Biological Manipulation and Mind Manipulation Resistance: Can change DNA of anyone by firing a beam from Omnitrix itself (Scan) and resistance to being biologically manipulated as an Extra-Dimensional Diety/God named Dagon transformed all creatures on Earth into Esoctericas to worship but Omnitrix protected Ben (Scan)
    (Which means he is Having Resistance to Biological manipulation and Mind Manip on PLANETARY SCALE). And Corrodium a uranium like element that transformed everyone on Earth into mutated monsters also failed to affect Ben (Scan). Resisted mind manipulation from Decoy Queen as he broke out of Hypnosis Twice (Scan).

Skill and Stamina :

  • Ben defeated Vilgax who fought Ectonurite/ghost alien army for weeks on his planet tirelessly (Scan).
    Yet Ben defeated him and outskilled him in 1 vs 1 battle (Scan).
    Vilgax is a 200 year old intergalactic warlord who has “Conquered 10 planets and crushed heroes of those 10 planets” (Scan) even after absorbing the power of 10 different heroes and conquering their home world he failed to defeat Ben.

  • Vilgax is very intelligent in technology and alien weapon has he designed an entire robot army of thousands to copy DNA of any aliens (Scan) and uses that army to invade Earth and is a threat to the entire galaxy.

  • Ben lead his army and defeated Highbreed Alien invasion by changing their DNA on multi-galaxy range with Omnitrix, Highbreed is an alien technologically advances alien range who destroyed planets, conquered galaxy with their enourmous mountain size warships yet Ben with his great thinking alone defeated them (Scan), (Scan) Ben Tennnyson saved their entire Universe from Highbreed invasion a race far more technologically advanced busting planets with their ships left and right (Scan)
Final Conclusion:
So considering the fact that Ben defeat a extraordinary genius space warlord who has conqured 10 planets and their armies, Ben stopped Highbreed intergalactic planet destroying technologically advanced race and stopped their invasion of Earth himself so in the end this Experience, Stamina, Power, Radiation and the badass Impenetrable armor as NRG alien form will simply not allow Rubia to pierce through the armor it let alone do anything but......She does have Dura Neg to break the armor "eventually" if she doesn't DIE from passive radiation and Sats amps to keep up but keeping up isn't gonna be enough especially when your attacks would literally be making your opponent stronger with each hit more he eats the bigger and stronger he get's and would simply overwhelm her with his Size manip and high absorption, NRG FRA.

If what all you said is true, he steamrolls everything no-diff with no challenge whatsoever

I'm not saying no to demon slayer characters infact it's written in Tournament rules that characters with Regen and Immortality (1, 2, 3) are allowed, Pick a good Fighter/Character with skills, and enough moves to back her/himself up.
You can probably make more points in this debate regarding her looking at her power's this isn't going to be casual win for NRG at all ! She definitely has enough skills to last waay longer then previous two opponents, Just doesn't have a wincon so far. (Try to convince me after watching all scan vids how can she deal him what secret weapon and ability she has that would stop him)

Currently, I don't know of reasoning to oppose NRG's side within this matchup. So, given what I've read within this thread, I'll tentatively advocate for NRG.
 
Deku has high AP, he's great but if you really wanna ditch him for a demon slayer character and believe it's gonna be good then alright present me with some and I'll see.
 
The problem isn't even the AP here, but the attack speed and armor. Based on what you're saying, NRG should have Invulnerability while in his suit, since you claim nothing can break it.

Whatever, I'll at least present what Rubia can do here:
Unlike what you said, Rubia can harm intangible and incorporeal beings, all Elementalists can.
Rubia also has two kinds of stat amp (technically 3 with Awakened Power), extremely high senses, perception, and instinctive reactions. Rubia's weapon isn't some generic conventional sword, but a spirit that has taken the form of a sword, so a living beings. Rubia has bypassed Fire Resistance, primarily with Laevateinn, End of Vermillion and Muspelheim. Finally, her Frost Blaze is frequently described as "law-bending and logic-bending flames", since they can even freeze fire. From the clip you showed, NRG got out of the ice, and it still slowed him down, which Rubia can try and capitalize on with her skill.

This was asked by someone else too, Thing is he should not have Invulnerability ability because, The hardest known metal in galaxy "Taydenite" did cut it open when everything on Earth failed here is the clip (So...you got that great of a weapon at your disposal with enough AP to back it up then by all means it can be cut open):

Alright so her Flames/Ice are extremely intense seems very powerful right, Okay let me tell you NRG flames Resistence level get ready
Ben's Heat potency:
Heat should be comparable to heatblast another Ben's Alien, The planet which his species lives called Pyros with star-like properties. Which would be around 6000 Kelvin.
  • This is how casually Heatblast species live on their stars.


-This is just the surface temperature of a Star… it’s not like he’s high 6-A. Anyways a regular pyronites’ body (living on Pyros).
that's the amount of flames a star intensity level he can survive comparable to other Ben's forms as discussed and applied in (Ben 10 CRT). Are the Freeze on that Star level of intensity 6000 Kelvin Temperature ?
 
There's sadly no calcable way to know who hot Rubia's flames are, but they wouldn't be as hot anyway.
The thing however is that both Frost Blaze and End of Vermillion bypass durability and resistance. Frost Blaze can freeze what shouldn't be able to be frozen, while EoV is an anti-fire fire spell, as the flames of EoV "eat" other flames, meaning they may be able to "eat" NRG's fire

Something else I realized is that NRG's range is shorter than Rubia's, which means Rubia would, on average, outrange NRG. Once she realizes NRG absorbs regular fire attacks, considering Rubia's skill, tactical mind, intelligence, and information analysis, will be able to stay out of range and stick with the spells that work.

The last bit that hasn't been mentioned yet is the physical form of Laevateinn. Since this is High 8-C, she cannot fully summon him; however, as seen during her fight in Volumes 10 & 11, Rubia had summoned one of Laevateinn's arms through spatial manipulation. Laevateinn's titan form can absorb fire and use magma itself, but also has very fast Regeneration. If Rubia combines Laevateinn's arm + Frost Blaze & EoV, Rubia may be able to achieve something. She's got the smarts, senses, and skill to pull off something

So magma and extreme fire, radiation, ice will be irrelvant to him due to his physiology and resistance and NRG has dealt with very fast Regen users too as well as multiple opponents (Him dealing with Big Chill, Gwen (magic user) and Kevin (Armored) at the same time) and Garbage monster who has very fast Regen.



So the battle looking at both's skill and accomplishment (NRG probably having a slightly higher due to stopping HighBreed Intergalactic Space Invasion while leading his army). This seems like True Form NRG vs Rubia with Laevateinn's titan debate which it seems like a stalemate at this point, I'm gonna be needing a couple of hours for my final stance I guess.

Why does physiology matter here? Rubia can interact and harm intangible beings.
And yes, he resists conventional fire/ice attacks, but like I mentioned earlier, Frost Blaze and EoV bypass durability and resistance, so there's that.

Her precog is an extreme extension of her Senses and Extrasensory Perception. Basically her sensory skills are so potent she can somewhat predict incoming attacks. It's a minor form of precog in her case, so it's nothing broken, but it allows her handle far more fights thanks to it.

The soul manip is just her being able to link and enter contracts with spirits and magical creatures and manipulate their energy, which includes their soul
 
I was going to vote Inconclusive.

They negate each other's flames. NRG is stronger but Rubia outranges. NRG has more abilities that would work on Rubia than the other way around, but Rubia's senses and instincts are insanely high. NRG is highly durable, but Rubia can heal/purify herself and has 3 different stat amps. Rubia can DuraNeg and ResistNegate, but NRG is extremely resistant...

This fight is more likely to go on forever, than one side winning

What about her speed after stat amps ? Does she only increase speed?

If she can still attack out of range after stat amps then looking at the extreme resistance of NRG and the battle itself this one is indeed an incon, Thus therfore both of these two will get 2 points. (according to Tournament rules)
