Sandy does seem to have better skill and intellect being a karate master and all that plus an AP advantage, Cat Noir has better LS so pinning him down would be useless. If he does get overpowered, Cat would probably go for cataclysm when the right moment hits so he probably takes the W.

Cat Noir is very expert in martial arts as well and scales way above Adrien and Kagami, both of them fence for more than a decade, and Nora, who is a professional boxer. Sandy is smarter though, but her options in this key are pretty limited compared to her base form where she could also use her inventions (though these are not standard equipment for her)

Cat Noir also outranges with his baton, and of course, if he needs to he'll Cataclysm her to win, though he doesn't often use it on people (or other living beings)

Voting Cat Noir too

Sandy has her inventions under Standard Equipment. The knockout ray and molecular separator ray look especially potent. Though, they do seem like they should be optional...

Yeah they should be optional. Sandy doesn't carry all her inventions all the time normally. Especially in this key since in the movie she didn't used them

I don’t remember her using them in this key.

She never did in this key, just her profile's a bit bad.
This should probably be fixed in a later CRT, but for now that would mean Sandy would not have a lot of option against Cat, who dealt with opponents having far more abilities and haxes than her

Ok, one more question then, is Cataclysm not 7-A? If so, why is it being brought up as a win con in a High 7-C tourney?

Technically, it’s hax that negates durability. It also doesn’t always do 7-A damage every time it hits since the effects can be localized.

You also can't restrict the ability. And while Cataclysm can do 7-A damage (hell it can do High 5-A damage too), it doesn't always do that since Cat Noir can control the level of destruction it causes. Besides, this is a durability negating hax, so it doesn't really have a set tier

So does it have multiple applications, with one of those being 7-A/High 5-A AP and another being deconstruction?

Kinda. Its AP varies depends on the level of destruction Cat Noir causes. Normally the effects are localized since he doesn't destroy the whole city each time he uses it
