Reigen has far less combat experience and versatility compared to Akuma. Additionally, he's never really utilised the telekinesis available to him in-character, only showing basic energy enhanced punches and blasts, and has a time limit to boot.

That said he has prior knowledge of his opponent so he'd probably try to use telekinesis to immobilise him. Though, he's on a time limit and how much he can grasp that ability while fighting Akuma, who doesn't look like he'd beat around the bush when it comes to trying to kill his enemies, is an issue.

Seems pretty close to me. I'm leaning on Reigen but I'll see what others think.

Can someone remind me if Reigen was actually aware of his powers and what he could do with them?

Because in this scenario, given prior knowledge and what kind of person Reigen is, Akuma would surely start with the Raging Demon.

Reigen wasn't exactly aware of his powers. He understood that he became stronger but also like: "Lol what are you guys trying to do?".

Then I vote Akuma, since he basically would start with the Raging Demon, which is a total oneshot and even with previous knowledge Reigen wouldn't start with telekinesis, the only thing that would save him.
