So Shinji’s AT Fields as pointed out in his previous match can be broken by higher AP, so that will definitely be something Falcon can easily break through. Not to mention, Falcon has had experience with larger foes such as Galeom or Giga Bowser, and his smaller size compared to the giant mech means Shinji will have a hard time hitting Falcon, who has dodged decent levels of danmaku from Galeem’s triple energy balls and Ness/Lucas’ Final Smashes. Eventually, Falcon will get up close after breaking through multiple AT Fields and combo it to oblivion.
