Yeah one of the top priorities, so judging by how things are going currently: give it 2 months...

Anyways his regen should get upgraded before that probably so stomp I guess. Electric attacks just get absorbed so even without regen it ain’t exactly fair.

Pikachu also has Summons which Don‘t use Electricity, has overcome Electrical Absorption before (Team Rocket tries this a lot), and has non-electrical attacks. Blue Orb Pikachu is nothing to screw around with.

Ah yes he has Groudon on his side. Doesn’t Pikachu usually overpower Team Rocket’s electrical absorption? Something that won’t work against Shock Rock who can drain attacks from Vilgax. Shock Rock should get a resistance to mind-based attacks and the other moves that they have don’t overcome SR’s regen. Thus a stomp.
