I need a little help with getting an idea of what to do with this feat. How it should be rated and if it should even be used.
Said feat is from the dragon Vritra, seen here in his description.
As you can see, Vritra is a little bit of a bastard who just destroys things for fun, and in this case he "Annihilated an entire world" just for funsies.
I want to know if this is usable at all because it's just a statement with no timeframe or visual to refrence. Annihilation is total destruction, and the description makes it sound like Vritra did this just because he wanted to and did it somewhat casually, but I want to know if this is enough to be called something in the realm of Planet busting or if it's unusable.
This is kinda importaint to sort out because Vritra has been in the series for a pretty long time and there's a lot of other gods and characters who are comparable if nor superior to him, so if this is usable this will change a lot of the high teir scaling.
