Heaven Ascended DIO and The Holy Corpse

Should Heaven Ascended DIO have some of the ability's of The Holy Corpse due to absorbing the Corpse Parts but not the ability's of the full Corpse since he only absorbed 8 out of the 9 parts also Absorption for, well absorbing those 8 parts?
