Funny thing is that expanding does not even necessarily mean physical expansion (which is probably pointless anyways since humanity is concentrated on Earth). It's way more likely that they were just adding new things.

It's not noted they created it, only that they expanded it. And, while Vivzie has noted that she doesn't want really wanna depict God in her story with the speaker being the closest we'll get, we currently have no reason to assume he didn't create it since he obviously created heaven and the angels

To be extremely fair to the higher interpretation, iirc, Lucifer did create a whole solar system (in song ofc which helps zero) so maybe they just added things like that which is like....k.

It is dream scaling because.... we are quite literally using his dreams as a basis point for it. I didn't say there was nothing to support it but it's still wild to reach a point of arguing dream examples

Why would he even dream of having his own solar system. That guy has negative interest in ruling anything. He explicitly tells Charlie that he "tried this all before" but was rejected, and I don't see how a giant duck solar system ties to anything Charlie is doing.
It is much more likely that he was the one who wanted for humans to have free will (which from what I heard ties to certain interpretations of Christianity, albeit reinterprets it into from more positive view that Lu is the misunderstood guy) and that's exactly why his punishment is to see the worst people to ever exist (who became so due to free will) and be unable to do anything to them.

Those are separate scenes you know? The scene where he tells her that he "tried this all before" is in the present, while him showcasing her a duck-themed star system is in the past when he's showcasing her his old dreams.
This is utterly unrelated to the idea of creation and what his star system idea was for, you can't give free will if there's no humans at that time, as it wouldn't make sense for his star system idea to be after he was rejected.

We don't know why, maybe he was bored. He clearly has zero interest in ruling, that's the whole point of his portrayal in HH. Why can Sаtаn lie and why to DS ask Lu to return? (Mammon even bribed him to return LMAO)

Are we assuming Lucifer is the one who wrote the Story of Hell? Him and Charlie were never that close and the book can't be older than the Exterminations which started 7 years ago. Lilith being the author makes more sense to me.

You do realize you're talking about a Lucifer after 10,000 years of living in Hell in which his wife left him and now he's depressed, you can't seriously say for sure that he was never interested in ruling, especially for the fact that he was bribed by Mammon to come back and created the Ars Goetia, that clearly means he wasn't like that for all his years in Hell.
Still clearly 2 different dreams for 2 different times, him sharing ideas for creation and then wanting to share free will are different, the former is before humans were created and the latter is after they were.
