Yeah, Vincent kinda just wins in the fight. Dude was able to get away with far more elaborate kills that'd have far more eyes on him and, more importantly to the actual fight, he just has better weapons and feats to use. Assuming both get their basic weapon then the weather pointer outranges knife and him just swinging around a stage light to smash people is low-key crazy

Neither was alastor he got shit and killed because he was mistaken for a deer not because he was caught
Also it's too early to say, most of vincent's kills are done via broadway shenanigans so we don't know how accurate they actually are to life, especially sinc ehe ******* zaps a guy with lightning, and alastor literally only kills someone in a silhouette.

It'd have to be bigger than Hell or the Pride Ring. Pentagram City is just one part of it, Sinners also live in at least Imp City.

If we ever get a good enough view of one of the rings, we could calculate it's size then simply multiply by 7 (basic assumption that all rings are of similar size)

Ah, they don't say "Heaven's bigger than Pentagram city", she says "Heaven's just bigger." in reference to the Overpopulation issue with Hell.
So the implication is that Heaven is bigger than either the Pride Ring or Hell in general. Pentagram city is just one of the Cities in the Pride Ring.

If you mean using the moon in comparison to Heaven, then fair.
If you mean assuming each ring has a moon, thats probably going to need some backing for it since thats technically not even a part of the ring (literally just am image of a celestial body in another ring will do)
