Doesn't Harry often start with paralysis via Stupefy, especially against an opponent without a wand to disarm? I can see that putting down Steven before he can get close enough to Harry to harm him. Adding onto the fact that this Steven has little control of his powers and I can't see him summoning a shield or forcefield to block in time.

i mean to be fair, 9-B would be like getting hit by a car going at 40ish mph, i don´t think one or even two ¨normal teenagers¨ could survive that.
