Fight is in the South Glade Mission Church. Harry has his umbrella, and is under the unfluence of the SIM cards, so he doesn't hold back. Grey has a knife and lets STEM take over to protect himself.

i would believe that Grey trace would be the winner of the fight. my explanation is that grey has been shown to dodge bullets and nearly always come out unharmed in all the fights he has been in other than against a nanomachine upgraded human. stem can hack anything electronic so the umbrella wouldn't really work with its electronic capabilities, but would still be a gun, the Kingsman gadgets most likely would be hacked and used against him or deactivated. Grey has also shown that under the influence of stem he can show no pain, nearly rip off a jaw of a enhanced human (cybernetically) with a tool, able to lift people. it's safe to say that under the influence of STEM Grey becomes nearly superhuman, able to react nearly instantaneous to humans dodge bullets at fairly close range. but I don't know much to be honest, just wanted to give a answer and my opinion.
