Blondie mostly because of flight, probably more speed and more DC.

They have around the same speed and DC going by this wiki. Tough one but I'll say Kakuzu overall.

Ok R1 Ulquiorra's cero oscuras is like Large Town+ and at least city level in R2 and Harribel's supposed to be stronger than R1 Ulquiorra so her cero oscuras is at least Large Town Level+ to City Level so her DC is probably higher than Kakuzu.

And her speed is still debatable because of this https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Uryu_Speed_Calc_(Hueco_Mundo_Arc) if this is true then she blitzes and if it's false then their speed would be roughly equal but she would still have an advantage in DC as Large Town Level+ > Town Level+
