I'd imagine Larry using Broadway Force every time Guts tries to use a super-like move.

I see Larry using his ears to snatch Dragon Slayer away from Guts, which the latter can't prevent due to the difference in range and lifting strength. At that point Larry wraps him up and leaves him there incapacitated.

What about the AP advantage? Guts is about 2.3x stronger than him

So what, are we just going to assume that Guts is going to let his sword get stolen?

Never said that. Larry can control the trajectory of his ears though, so keeping it away from him won't be easy.

Again, he can control their trajectory, therefore all of this can be avoided. Also, his suit has the same durability as the rest of him, and reportedly Guts is just a bit above baseline. So cutting it or knocking it away probably aren't happening.

People have tried dodging them before only to find themselves ensnared shortly afterwards anyway. Because if they dodge the initial plunger he can bring it back towards them or wind the cord every which way around the area and trap them like that.
Catching it won't be helpful as he can stop it from retracting at any point after it's started. That and Larry still has immensely superior LS.
