Guts hates demons and decides to kill the devil/satan himself.

Guts: 6 (Actually i consider it 5 because i'm not sure EliminatorVenom actually voted)

The Devil

Rules:

9-A for both (End of Golden Age Guts will be Used)

Both have knowledge of each other

The Devil is Bloodlusted

battle takes place at a Casino Chick-Fil-A

speed equalized

they are 20 meters apart from each other

Just wanna mention the mind manip is very out of character for the devil and may as well be non combat applicable and the soul manip is completely non combat applicable

he starts in the battle by stretching his arms and legs very far away. (they seem very far away)

then magical attacks.

though since he's bloodlusted and has knowledge

i assume he would use magical attacks because that's a smarter move.

Okay, let's see.
I don't think the stretching would be of much help since Guts has been able to fight and cut apart many monstrosities that completely dwarf him in size (and he is no small man, standing at over 2 meters tall iirc).

As for the magic attacks, what is their nature? Just energy blasts? Because Guts has blocked massive AOE magic attacks with his Dragon Slayer sword, which has 8-A durability btw. So I think Guts will be fine.

Additionally, I believe that Guts holds a significant advantage in h2h combat exchanges due to his massive skill advantage, at least going by the devil's profile. Guts has Enhanced Senses, Analytical Prediction that allows him to keep with and counter more skillful and faster swordsmen, superb swordsmanship that was developed over years of combat experience, and immense pain tolerance and supernatural willpower that will allow him to endure ungodly amounts of damage and simply keep going for the kill.

Guts also has some mid range options such as his Arm Canon and Repeater Crossbow, which allow him to harm physically stronger opponents quite comfortably.

Finally, his Probably Manipulation basically ensures that more often than not, he will survive certain death by the skin of his teeth. This probably manipulation is granted to him by a Causality manipulating evil God that keeps Guts alive so that he can keep suffering and struggling.

So all in all, I think I'll go with Guts for now.

okay but I should remind you that

he does have fire manipulation

This doesn't look good for the Devil, but let's analyse!

In AP, I see this as Guts having the advantage. I don't know the specific output in joules of either of them, and from eyesight alone I'd say that the Devil had more impressive feats... However, Guts wields the Dragonslayer, and as a bladed and exceptional weapon, Guts can focus the energy of his blows on a much smaller contact area, thus resulting on a much more powerful strike, all in all. In LS, I'm confused by the Devil's Class K and Guts' Superhuman. The Devil should be lower, Guts should be greater (Class 1 is a very bare minimum, and I see him as being a very likely Class 5 or maybe 10), but assuming the profiles are correct, the Devil would EASILY submit Guts, and considering his base higher AP, that would be lethal. Thankfully, he doesn't seem to use grappling/restricting moves all that much in a fight.

Guts is way more mobile and agile, and he seems to be way more experienced and skilled than Satan, and he's also smaller. He'll have a easier time dodging his attacks than vice-vicersa.

In general capabilities, I'll already start that Guts is worlds above Satan in combat and tactical skill, and arguably in smarts as well, even if the Devil isn't dumb at all and being quite devious and cunning actually. Guts' mentality and experience are far above the Devil's too, and he'd persist where the Devil wouldn't. All his capabilities complement his astonishing skills, allowing him to easily dodge and maneuver around the Devil. The Devil has more offensive options on his side, with the danmaku, energy and diverse ways of fighting. It'd be the first test for Guts, and actually a good example of what Apostles can do. However, nothing there really seems that would keep Guts at bay, since the Devil tends to stay put during fights and mostly tank attacks while bombarding the enemy with his own.

I think Guts should take this with medium difficulty, honestly. There are very few, if any, scenarios I can see the Devil pulling this off.

the devil does still have chances based on what you said. (so it's not really a stomp)

so 4 votes.
