Still, getitng trapped in Grue's darkness would be game over for the Entity

that or the Entity bullies Grue with visions about Bonesaw until he has a stress induced heart attack.

His darkness cuts off powers that are activated outside the clouds too. He used it to save Valkyrie a couple times, and also to block Kenzie tinkering. A cloud on himself to make him hard to target with powers works.

As for the entity, its significantly stronger and non corp till it gets stuck in his darkness. Grue really needs to drain that strength and non corporeality from it.
