This is the second part of the Naruto revisions, where we will be handling the scaling of Part I. If you’d like to take a look at the first part of these revisions, see here.
This is what everyone in this revision will be scaling off of.
Now, to note some things in our scaling.
With those out of the way, here’s the scaling itself
Here, we have listed scans from basically every arc of Part I, as well as sandboxes for what the profiles will look like after the revision.
Note #1: Like the last thread, the non-canon characters have not had their justifications changed too much. Only their tiers have changed.
Note #2: You might notice that some characters scale to 7-Bs, but are not listed as such (i.e. KN0 Naruto scaling to Haku). This was intentional and will be sorted out in the next thread.
This is what everyone in this revision will be scaling off of.
- 8-B characters scale to Sasuke’s Katon. At most 8-B characters downscale. (18.58 tons)
- 8-B+ characters scale to 5x Sasuke’s Katon. (92.9 tons)
- 8-A characters are baseline via upscaling from the 8-B+ characters. (100 tons)
- 7-C characters scale to Jirobo's Shōgekishō. (35.41 kilotons)
- Low 7-C+ characters scale to 1/10 of Jirobo’s Shōgekisho. (3.541 kilotons)
- High 7-C characters scale to KN0 Naruto stopping Orochimaru’s snake. (150.42 kilotons)
- Low 7-B characters scale to 10x KN0 Naruto’s feat. (1.5042 megatons)
Now, to note some things in our scaling.
This was accepted in this thread, so we’ve applied it to the Sound 5 and Sasuke.
- As you all know, not all Jōnin level, or higher, Shinobi have the most direct feats or scaling. Due to this fact, we've come up with what we believe to be a pretty safe method to scale such characters, even if just as a "Possibly" rating. Why go to the trouble? Well, simply put, it's to avoid handing out Unknown ratings, or purging profiles of relatively relevant or popular side characters, when we have a perfectly acceptable and reliable scaling method that would still maintain the profiles' integrity. Of course, if a particular Jōnin has his own feats to scale to, then this is completely unnecessary for them. At most, it may be used as a supporting feat in their justification if neccessary. And for those Jōnin that do need to use this, their low-end feats (if they have any) will still be noted on their profile, with this method only being noted as a "Possibly" like we mentioned above.
- So what is this scaling method? Well, it mainly utilizes Genma and Raido's feats and statements against the Sound 4. As many of you may know, Genma and Raido are two Konoha Jōnin. During the events of the Sasuke Retrieval mission, they were returning from a mission of their own. They were completely exhausted and were nearly out of chakra. In that state, they ran into the S4, and battled them. They lost the battle, but still pushed the S4 into their Second State and left them exhausted and scuffed. It should be noted that the S4 immediately activated their CS1 forms in response to seeing that their opponents were two Jōnin, and after the battle where they were pushed to their CS2 forms, they stated that because their opponents were two Jōnin they would have died had they held back. So they would've died against two out of chakra Jōnin that they outnumbered 2 to 1 without resorting to their most powerful forms. To us, this is a clear-cut case of elite Jōnin being above the Sound 4 at their full power. Of course, there will be numerous scans proving these claims in the "Scans" section, and in the profiles themselves.

Next time, we will be implementing multiple new calcs and getting rid of the 7-B placeholder.
