everyone gets something as close as possible to their current powers + something extra

He is an emitter type nen user so punching with a new gimmic shouldn't be that much different.
Real question is what would gokus stand ability be?

Who i think wins based on likelihood
Goku: his thing is learning anything faster than normal. He mastered the Kamehameha in minutes which took master roshi 100 years. Stands are relatively simple to use. Will most likely get a star platinum tier ability.
Naruto with Reiatsu: naruto may or may not be even seeable by the others and gets the ability to soul crush anybody weaker than him. As well as a good broken bankai can probably outlast the other or make it to the bottom 3 of fighters.
Ichigo gets Chakra: not very helpful with just getting base Chakra needs a special eyes to do much here. Will go down quickly.
Natsu with an imperial Arms: ?? I'm not sure what an imperial arms is sorry.
Tatsumi and Magic: depending on his type of magic will be able to nuke the others, won't help that much.
Jotaro with Ki: kinda is out of luck. Ki mastery won't come easily to him as he will probably just punch with it like normal. Unless he gets better techniques will lose fast
Gon with Cursed Energy: not a very impressive buff for him compared to nen. Will probably die first actually.
Itadori with Nen: same as gon
